Instructions and Responsibilities for Yellow Team Members
Purpose of the Yellow STAFF Hi-Vis Vest
- The yellow STAFF vest is worn to create a visible deterrent and help prevent theft from the stands.
- Your presence is crucial in deterring potential theft and fostering a safe and orderly environment.
Entry and Initial Procedure
- You will be taken inside the show hall ten minutes before opening.
- For the first half hour, please remain at your designated spot while the majority of attendees enter.
- Discourage anyone from running to maintain safety during this busy period.
Ongoing Duties
- After the initial half hour, you are free to move around the show floor.
- Stay alert and keep a watchful eye out for any suspicious activity or issues.
- The yellow team should be distributed throughout the show to avoid clustering with other yellow-vested staff.
If You See Someone Stealing
- Take a photo of the person involved.
- Alert an exhibitor at the stand where the incident occurred.
- Call Nicholle on 0427 267 545 to report the incident and state your location.
- Text the photo to Nicholle after calling.
