AFTA Annual Magazine Production has started ……

… it’s free and gets to every corner of the industry meant that there’s a lot of reach.

Production of AFTA’s Annual Magazine – Australian Fishing Tackle Retailer – has started and currently companies will be getting their database listing information emailed to them.

The AFTA Annual lists all of Australia’s manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors and the brands that they make, sell or represent. It’s a popular title that’s scooped up at the door of the AFTA Show, even after being sent to well over a thousand retailers and distributors in the weeks before it.

“This magazine works for many reasons, but the fact that it’s a well-checked reference piece means that tackle stores tend to hold into it for the year after it’s published,” said Steve Morgan, Fishing Monthly Group Publisher, “but also the fact that it’s free and gets to every corner of the industry meant that there’s a lot of reach.”

Morgan looks after the editorial side of the magazine while AFTA Show Organiser, Nicholle Smith, deals with the advertising content.

“If you haven’t returned your forms, you’ll get a call from Fishing Monthly’s Kym Rowbotham to double-check that the details are up to date, so we do appreciate when companies let us know what changes are needed via a return email,” Morgan said.

Also, if you have suitable editorial for the magazine that raises industry issues, contact Steve via email to get it included.
